The idea behind such a subsidized, longer-term housing arrangement is interested applicants will live independently while also responsibly able to help me look after regular and pretty easy homecare, yard work, shopping, periodically shared cooking and dog care needs while we are living there or during my travel absences which could be @30% of the year when you would have and be responsible for looking after the entire house.
