Amazing area for family, friends and kids. It even has it's own private gate entrance to the park! Several rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The front of the house has a nice covered porch. Although this neighborhood is very quiet, the home is also very close to shopping, schools and freeway. (Lowes, walmart, etc a few blocks away) Owner pays HOA fees. Tenant pays all utilities and must keep the front yard trimmed. The home is located at 8016 Shay Circle in the Morada Ranch Development. I have many other pictures available.
