The White Swan comes turnkey; that is fully furnished as shown in the photos and includes bedding, towels, cookware, utensils, a Kuerig, etc. Location, Location, Location...The White Swan has it! In addition to easy access to everything downtown and the area's colleges and hospitals, the Lynchburg Police Department is catty-corner to the building offering built-in security and safety 24/7. The White Swan will be occupied until 12/10/2022, thus this is the first date available for walk-throughs and it's when the space's lease may begin. Owner covers water & sewer, trash, and handles the upkeep of the building's exterior including the requisite yardwork. Tenants cover electricity (this is no gas in the building). Smoking inside the space is not permitted, but is allowed on the exterior decks. Street parking in front of the building is readily available on evenings, nights and weekends; City of Lynchburg covered garage parking spaces (less than 100 yards from the entrance to the apartment) are available for $50/month with 24/7 access (and such parking is quite safe as the garage is shared with The City of Lynchburg Police Department).
