Our 2bd/2ba A-frame cabin sits within 60 acres of private land with plenty of room for walking/hiking/cross-country skiing, or snowshoeing right out the front door. Additionally, we are surrounded by the beautiful San Juan National Forest which provides hundreds of thousands of acres for recreation and enjoyment. Durango is an outdoor lovers paradise as there are many activities that can be done in all seasons including; hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, skiing/snowboarding, fly fishing, white water rafting and much more! Our home is a cozy 2bd/2ba A-frame cabin. On the main floor you will find an open kitchen/living space with high ceilings and beautiful aspen wood paneled walls and beautiful views out of the numerous windows on the front of the house. There is a private bedroom and bathroom (shower only, no tub) on the main floor as well. A hot tub is on-site to soak your cares away with breathtaking views of red stone mountains. The 1st bedroom doubles as an office including desk, monitor, etc. The bed is a convertible bed which can be used as one (1) twin bed or put together as a king/double bed (as seen in picture). Upstairs is an open loft bedroom with king/double bed and a private bathroom with shower. Please note, we do not have a TV in the house currently. There is good wifi (Starlink) to stream from personal tablets, laptops, etc.
