Tenant is responsible for any HOA fines, penalties, fees, or violations caused by the tenant, occupants, or guests. No subleasing, short-term rentals, or unauthorized occupants without written approval. Renters insurance is required before move-in and must be maintained throughout the lease. Parking is limited to designated spaces only. Quiet hours and community rules must be respected. Income, credit, background, employment, and rental history may be verified. Occupancy is limited to the number of people approved on the lease. Any returned checks or failed electronic payments are subject to applicable fees.
