It has a good sized bedroom with window seat and closet, a full bathroom, and linen closet. The kitchen contains a microwave, dishwasher, sink, and fridge. The large kitchen island is fit for barstools, but you can also fit a breakfast nook if desired between kitchen and living area. We will also be providing a large countertop oven and stove for use, and washer and dryer units are included in a closet within the private unit. The unit has its own small side yard off the side private entrance. My wife and I are Christians and are looking for someone with similar values. Lease: The lease is for twelve to eighteen months Rent and deposit: First months rent of $1200 and a deposit of $1200 due before move in. Utilities: 1/4th of total houses utilities will be shared (utilities include, Internet, trash, water, wastewater, electricity, gas, hoa). Average monthly cost for tenant would be $150. Parking: There is only parking for 1 vehicle so this would only be for one single individual My wife and I are Christians so we are looking for someone who shares those similar values.
