The rooms are big enough, you can dance in the living-room. Three couches allow room for the whole family and the big Christmas tree. Mirrored doors cover a six-foot coat closet accommodating your storage needs. Another 6' closet to the garage holds all your cleaning, picnic, travel, & decorations. A generous hall closet holds linen and extra bath supplies. The bonus room is used as an office with a view. I love the efficient kitchen with the well designed pantry!! You can see all the items reaching one without moving another. My husband made all the kitchen cabinets with drawers inside so everything is easy to reach. The kitchen has newer stainless steel 1-piece big sink and appliances like the large French-door frig, oven range, microwave. The dishwasher was here when we arrived 4 years ago & it works fine. To the new 2020 roof, we added a $48.000 solar package. That’s enough to charge a car too. It has kept the electric bills well below out neighbors and locked in the bill so it can’t go up. We pay Duke $30 and the Solar loan $177 for all the electricity we want. We had new insulation added to the attic. We added a security system around the home with the ability to converse with via phones. Everything in the home has been cared for as if were going to live here forever. We’re going on mission; so you are the beneficiary. Even preparations for storms are ready and easy. You’ll love living here!
