Late Fees: A $40.00 late fee is applied if rent is not paid by the 5th of the month, plus an additional $5.00 per day until paid in full. Returned checks are subject to a $40.00 administrative fee. Included Services: To keep your weekends stress-free, the landlord covers all standard lawn care (mowing) and snow removal. Tenant Utilities: Tenants are responsible for setting up and paying all household utilities (water, gas, electric, trash).
