What the numbers don’t tell you is I have since ownership added a 30 year transferable warranty roof. We spent $40k on renovation. My wife and I both have issues with steps. In a city with nothing much to rent, this is a great producer given demand in area. We are asking well below current market at $70,000 “As is / where is”.
