    We are renting our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom end-unit townhouse that is located in the heart of Springfield for $2,800 per month! Amenities include: -Stainless steel kitchen appliances -In-house washer and dryer -Beautiful patio with fully enclosed backyard -Extra storage space including an outside shed -Energy efficient windows (save $$ on your electric bill!) -3 full bedrooms (all upstairs) including a master suite -2.5 baths (2 full upstairs, half bath on main level) -Two assigned parking spaces and ample street parking available -Location! Location! Location! Right next to Fort Belvoir and easy access to public transportation (including Lorton Amtrak Station). The townhouse is adjacent to the Saratoga shopping center (Giant, Chipotle, Starbucks and much more) and is minutes from Costco Pets are accepted with an additional monthly fee. HOA fees are included in the rental prices. Utilities are paid separately to utility companies and are based on usage by the tenant. The townhouse is available starting July 1. As there are currently tenants in the house, we will be having an open house on Saturday May 16 (virtual tours are welcome). All prospective tenants must view the house prior to submitting a rental application. Contact us to attend the open house, schedule a virtual tour or for any additional details. Note: All prospective tenants must view the house prior to submitting a rental application. While we accept (but it is not required) Zillow applications to streamline the credit check/employment verification process for those that have already paid, we do have a separate application that we require each applicant to complete.
