This a nice appartment with good size rooms. It has 3 bedrooms with Laminated hardwood floorings. You can put a dinning table in the kitchen that has tile floors and living room has plenty of windows and nice natural light during the day with same type of tile floorings ! Location of this place is excellent, it's accessible to almost everything ! Broadway route 28 runs parallel to West st. That's where you can find all kinds of mom and pop stores, a large laundromat is on the next street ! Almost literally behind our building. We are located right on the corner of Florence street & West St. As you walk Florence street and get to Broadway, right on that corner you can waive down public transportation/buses ! From there you can go to the main station which will get you to so many places and/or the Purple line train station which will take you down to Boston within less than 40 minutes (I think it's 30 minutes) ! On Rute 28 Broadway, you will find plenty of different stores! If you went up you get Methuen and soon after it's Salem New Hampshire. Our building does not look great from outside, but you need to come in to see that we have done some work inside of the appartment which is worth looking into ! We are very particular on choosing our people in the building. No pets, No Evictions, No Criminal History, Proof of sufficient income. 3 page application is required with no charge. But in order for us to start the process, you need to put down one month, so we know you are serious and you made your decision ! We use few business days to get back to you, as long as you told us everything truthfully and in writing then there will be no problem and we can come back, with our approval ! At this point we asked for two more months. If you don't have it; that's OK we can actually work with you to build the third month gradually (within the next six months). Rents are due on the 28th of the prior month or before. In other words: you are paying for the month of February's rent in January 28thor before, then you are paying for March's rent in February 28 or before. West st is a commercial Street. During the day it's busy with cars but after businesses close there is plenty of space to park on the street. You just need to be careful during the winter they alternate sides. Also you need to get sticker from the city for resident parking area Utilities are not included so you be responsible for paying them. We suggest you call National Grid for both gas and electric and ask them the average of the usage for a few years in a row.... we are happy to say that there are nice people living in the building and so far we do not have troubles and we are not going to have troubles ! This area is million times better than what it used to be, city has many cameras and people are much nicer !
