3 nice size bedrooms + kitchen where you can put a dining table + living room which is located in North Lawrence in a wide commercial st. West st is parallel to Broadway (same as Route 28) it's only a street away; where you can find Lundry almost behind the building, lots of mom and pop stores where they sell good ready foods with reasonable prices. On the intersection of Florence st and Broadway you can waive down a bus, which will take you to center train station, then you can take the purple line down to Boston. We don't have parking but there is always space to park your car at night on the street. Tile flooring in Kitchen and in living room, bedrooms are laminated hardwood floorings; Normally building is quiet, since we don't have that much traffic and everyone goes to work or goes to school. Dogs are not allowed in this building. Cat is negotiable. 3 pages of application is required for each adult; where Lawyer goes to courts and check for your eviction and criminal records. Rents are due 2 weeks before the actual rental month starts. Verification of sufficient income is required. If your credits are not that good we accept a co-signer who has good credits. Cosigner has to be willing to write a promissory note and come and notarize it. If paying 3 months at once is difficult up front we will accept 2 months payments of $3300 with your commitment of extra payments ($300) for the 3d month on the top of your regular payments till that is completed.
