Private room at the front of the house with dual windows, located in an HOA. Community pool available. There is a shared bathroom. Full access to home. No smoking inside, vaping is okay. Stay as long as you'd like, flexible about month to month or 6 months or a year or longer. There is garage/driveway and street parking available. Utilities are included in rent. I do have a cat, shes not a huge people person and stays in my room 90% of the time. I don't collect a security deposit unless you are bringing a pet then and only then will a security deposit be collected.
