The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 43" Smart TV with cable and high-speed wifi. The bathroom comes fully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and soap. This unit has a fully stocked kitchen with basic cookware. All linens/bedding, including 4 sets of bath towels, are provided. Four beach towels and four beach chairs are provided. No beach umbrella or beach toys are provided. This unit is pet friendly. We allow up to 2 house trained dogs or cats and require: -Pets not be allowed on the beds or furniture -When pets are left alone, ideally, they are left in crates. Otherwise, the doors to the bedroom and bathroom should be left shut. Four beach chairs are provided in this unit. No beach umbrella or beach toys are provided. There is no view of the water from this building. This is not a waterfront location. The public beach access is one block (a short walk) from the building. Access is by private door with door code. There is no ramp or elevator in this building. Guests will have the entire suite to themselves. All suites / units are fully separate with dedicated entrances. Guests will have use of the public beach access (only steps from the apartment) House rules: Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the unit. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
