    The Dune House B- Beach Haven is a 3 bedroom, 3-bathroom, oceanfront house (sleeps 8) on Ocean View Beach in Norfolk, VA with 4 decks, a garage bar, and private beach access. Also available for monthly rental. Please submit inquiry for monthly availability. -All utilities included in monthly rent **Strict no party or events policy** (see house rules below for more information) This three story house sleeps 8 guests across the three bedrooms and has ample space for relaxing with family and friends. Bedroom 1 (sleeps 4): Two bunks beds (each with two twin size beds). Located on the kitchen/living room (second) level Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2): Master Bedroom with walk-out deck, King size bed, en-suite full bath with shower/tub, and full walk-in closet. Located on the 3rd level. Bedroom 3 (sleeps 3): Queen and Full size bed, en-suite full bath with shower/tub, walk-out deck, and full walk-in closet. Located on the 3rd level. *There is no elevator or ramp in this house The full kitchen is equipped with an oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed. There are a total of three full bathrooms in the main living areas of the house that are fully equipped with bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Additionally, there is a fourth full bathroom in the heated and air conditioned garage with a beach shower. The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with cable and high-speed wifi. The first floor (ground level) is a 2-car garage with built-in bar and walk-out sliding door to Ocean View Beach. In the garage, 10 beach chairs are provided. No beach umbrella or beach toys are provided. A private grill is located on the top level deck of this house. There are multiple park-style grills located on the sandy beach area directly behind the Dune House. These are a shared amenity with the Dune Cottage condos on the property and are first come, first serve. Guests are given three parking spots only. Two parking spots are in the garage and the other one is marked in the parking lot. Access is by private door with door code. Guests will have the entire house to themselves. (The Dune House building is a carriage home/duplex comprised of two sides, A and B. Each sleeps 8 and is rented out separately). House rules: Absolutely no smoking of any kind. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated. No pets No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy of 9 will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host) Fireplace is not intended for guest use Check-in is anytime after 4PM Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee. Check-out Instructions - Check-out is 11am sharp - Clean the dishes & return them - Turn TV off - Leave AC or heat on - Lock door behind you Pet Policy- $50 per month Cleaning fee: $300 Security Deposit: $500 Utilities included in rent Up to 3 month rental agreement Fully furnished
