This unit is very nice and newly renovated. It has a very large yard and many fruit trees. It is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood in Hermosa. There is an attached storage room and a large covered deck. Sewer, water, trash pickup, snowplowing, and lawn mowing is included. I ask that you help water the yard in the summer. No pets and it is a nonsmoking home. The home has a gas furnace and you are responsible for the natural gas account. First and last months rent plus $1000 security deposit required.
