It is 5-10 minutes from downtown (depending on traffic) and there are trails and river access close by. Trimble hot springs is within biking/walking distance and we have a neighborhood grocery store, a gas station, and a restaurant in immediate proximity. This is a great option for travelers, people relocating to the area, or taking a long vacation. Pets and smokers are not permitted. First, last (if staying for more than one month), and deposit are required at move in and to reserve the property.
