This house was built in 2007. The lot was bought for $300,000 in April of 2007 and construction began. The cost of the house was $750,000 NOT $300,000 as reflected in zillow. We have just finished renovations that include, Fresh paint all through the house, 1 new bedroon in the basesment, finished the rec room half bath, added the rec room, theater room and all new hard wood/ceramic tiles floor in the basement. The house nnow has a total of 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths and 2 half baths. It is not for sale , but we just need the correct record reflected. Last year we replaced the Carpet in the entire house and replaced the carpet in the dinning room and living room to hard wood floors. -Colin
