Quiet neighborhood looking for good neighbors. Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath ground floor apartment. Unit has washer/dryer hook ups. 2 covered parking spots behind building. Fenced in back yard for a mini dog park. Pet friendly On-site owner/property manager. Minimum lease is 6 months. Maximum lease is 12 months. Application fee is $40 per adult living in the unit (paid to directly to the background check website I use) Renter pays all utilities (water, electricity, internet). Owner pays for lawn care and basic insect control (primarily cockroaches and mosquitos). Renter would pay in case of German roaches or bedbug infestation (I've had issues with previous renters allowing these persistent bugs take hold; it's not pretty.) Renter would need to provide their own refrigerator and W/D (if desired). If Renter wants the owner to provide those appliances, its possible with a sufficiently long lease and a small increase in rent. Security deposit of one month rent. Pet friendly (pets need proof of certain vaccinations). I reserve the right to meet the animal first to see about noise issues and compatibility with other pets already living in the property. Dog owners are also expected to contribute towards keeping the yard clean of dog poo. Additionally I ask for an additional one half of one months rent security deposit for pets. I've had issues with a renter letting their dog pee indoors. Repeatedly.
