This house is really cheap on the energy bills great for a couple or small family starting out. I have decided to include yard maintenance. No more sweating in the middle of 100 degree San Antonio heat!!! I will have limited internet access the week of May 1-6th since i will be working at the property so I recommend setting up a walk through ahead of time. If you are looking to build your credit or at the very least have another positive credit line on your report I do give you the option to utilize Clearnow.com. Check them out, it does report payment history through auto debit from your checking to 2 of the major credit reporting agencies. I have used it in the past and my renters are happy with it.
