Pet deposit of $200 (non-refundable due to extra cleaning time), security deposit of $1000, first and last month rent due upon signing lease. Prefer 3 month term, no more than 5 months due to summer rental as an Airbnb. Renter must also pay cleaner to come clean a minimum of 2x a month for $75/cleaning.
