Keep the property free of trash and debris and take reasonable steps to prevent pest infestations through proper housekeeping. Maintain renter's insurance throughout the lease term. Landlord is not responsible for loss of or damage to the tenant's personal property. Comply with all HOA rules and regulations, as well as all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Property Rules Pets: No pets are permitted without prior written approval from the landlord. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee and may be considered a material breach of the lease.
