You can have a RV as long as it has 480 square feet of living space not including any porches. Our 5th wheel is 40 feet long and with our slide outs we have exactly 480 square feet living space.
You can do a mobile home as long as it fits on your property and again has 480 square feet living space. But you also have to be 5 feet off your back line and 5 feet off both side lines and 25 feet from the center of the road in the front. That is utility easements that the county requires.
Whoever buys it will have to fill out a permit before they move any kind of house in.
