There is additional loft space above the closet. The bedroom is large enough for a queen size bed plus two dressers (or 1 desk and 1 dresser) and end table. Radiator heating (works well) and A/C window units. Rent is $750 per month plus a flat fee for utilities($100) so total monthly would be $850. The landlord lives on the 1st floor beneath so no loud music and no large parties. (Small occasional get togethers is fine.) No smoking and no pets. We will be doing a credit check.
