As soon as you drive into Mayfair Hills, you will feel the peace and calmness of the neighborhood. The house is nestled at the back of a short cul de sac. There are sidewalks on both sides of the streets and mature shade trees throughout which makes walking the neighborhood very inviting year-round. We have enjoyed doing updates to make this house our home including replacing all of the carpet areas with porcelain tile. Baths are all updated and the Jack n Jill's pull out sprayer and tub fill are separate water lines, which makes bathing little ones much easier! The sun porch and back yard are private and quiet oasis areas. The house has a great blend of bright energetic sunlit rooms and cozy areas.
