Because this is a shared residence, finding someone whose lifestyle is compatible with a quiet home environment is especially important to us. We are seeking a mature, considerate tenant who appreciates a calm, comfortable place to call home. Single occupancy is preferred, though a quiet and compatible couple will be considered. This home may be especially well suited for a working professional, graduate student, healthcare worker, CSU employee, retiree, or anyone looking for a peaceful place to live. Horse Boarding Available (Optional) Horse lovers are especially encouraged to inquire! On-site boarding is available for an additional monthly fee and includes: Three-sided barn shelter Tack room Over one acre of fenced pasture with seasonal grazing Quiet rural setting Tenant provides hay, feed, and routine horse care. Please note: No dogs, cats, or other household pets. Horses are welcome. Lease Terms Because finding the right fit is important for both the tenant and the household, we are flexible with lease options.
