The location of the house is about as good as it gets. You are 10 minute walk to Greenlake and all the activities it offers. I loved living in this house, but when I got married we ended up moving to the Eastside. I do miss getting home from work and heading straight down to the lake to either run it, play hoops, set the volleyball net up, or jump in during the summertime. The location is perfect IMO. The house is your traditional SF home, but has an upstairs and downstairs with their own kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, etc. The tenants who will be living upstairs have lived in this listed (basement) unit for the last 3 years, but with the current tenants living upstairs recently purchasing a new home they've requested to move upstairs. They are a young recently married couple with two small dogs. The two tenants currently living at the property have become quite good friends over the last three years living above/below one another and that is the hope for whoever comes in next. There is also an ADU in the backyard with a basketball court separating it from the main house. The lower level of the ADU is rented to a women (my Mom) with a German Shepherd. The upper loft portion of the ADU is rented out via Airbnb so if ever you have friends/family in town you would be able to reserve that for them at good discount as long as available/given good notice.
