This is the ADU behind the main house. The backyard/courtyard that separates the front house from the backhouse/ADU is a half court basketball court. The apartment for rent is the bottom half of the ADU. The top half has a separate entrance and is more of a loft (no kitchen/only a bathroom) that we operate as an Airbnb. The current tenant lives on the main floor and actually manages the Airbnb for us that is the loft above her. She made close to $10,000 last year in management and cleaning fees which offset a huge portion of her rent. We will likely takeover the management part (open to discussing if applicant has experience managing Airbnb's), but would be most interested in someone that would like to handle the turnover cleanings each time a guest comes and goes from the top unit. This portion made up $6,000 of the total earnings last year for the current tenant. Flat $1600. No smoking. Small dog or cat allowed with additional $50 dollars a month and $1000 pet deposit.
