It has a porch and private, landscaped patio area with table and chairs; There is a small dishwasher, new stove, private washer/dryer in attached shed, central air/heat, ceiling fans, hardwood floors, interior shutters on windows, parking on street. Apartment has double parlor, bathroom with clawfoot tub, one bedroom with closet, and an extra room which can be an office, and the kitchen. The washer/dryer attached shed has space for bikes and some storage. All rooms must be walked through in the traditional "double" style.
