Residents are responsible for reporting any damages to the property manager immediately and are liable for all costs associated with repairs or replacement. Residents are to provide a copy of their current policy to the property manager at initial occupancy. Any policy renewals or changes are also to be provided to the property manager within seven calendar days. Violations of lease and rules: Violations of any aspect of the lease or rules can and will result in an eviction. The resident will be liable for any unpaid rent, fees, collection, damages, and legal fees.
