You will have neighbors upstairs but have your own entrance and patio so other than the car port, nothing is shared. We live 1.5 miles away so if you need help, text us. Utilities including electric, water, trash, and gas are included in the rent. Entry is keyless using a smart keypad lock. The entrance is well lit and easy to find there is space for 1 car in the car port and plenty of easy street parking in front of the house. The unit has its own beautiful private patio separate from the main house with outdoor furniture for you to lounge on. There are trees blocking the view from the street so you have your privacy even if you're outside. We think it is a great place to have a meal, play one of the many board games in the unit, read a book from the little library above the fireplace, or get some work done. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with memory foam mattress, pillows, and a closet for storage. There's also a desk and office chair in the room so you can get work done in comfort. Enjoy a full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, water filtering jug, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, french press, plates, knives, forks, pots, pans, utensils, coffee, tea, food storage containers, dish drying rack, and more. Bathroom has a stand up shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, and towels. The laundry area has washer, dryer, and detergent. We also have a drying rack, iron, ironing board, broom, bug zapper, and vacuum for when you need them. There are windows throughout the living area and kitchen that look out on the patio outside. The living room also has a queen-sized sofa bed for when you need it. The dining area has settings for 4 when you want to grab a meal. We also have a gas fireplace that is easy to turn on for when you want to get warm and cozy on a rainy Seattle day. If it's warm and you want to cool down we have a ceiling fan and portable fan to help you do just that. 1. The 1 bedroom unit is fully furnished with living room furniture, dining furniture, bed, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, shower, and toilet in a 600 sq ft space. 2. The landlord will be responsible for maintaining the yard and grounds including sprinklers, mowing, gardening, and any outside maintenance. 3. Cleaning every 2 weeks with a professional maid service is included in the rent. 4. Landlord will cover energy (electric, gas), city utilities (water), and waste management bill. 5. 1 small pet dog or cat is allowed as long as they don't shed. Please let us know the breed of your dog/cat before moving in or talk to us before getting one. 6. Rent is payable in advance and due before the first day of the month. Each monthly rental period shall begin on the day rent is due. We can do a 1 month lease for February at the moment. March is busy but April is open again. For months later than that please ask. 7. The rental comes with 1 reserved parking spot in the car port on the property. In addition, there is ample street parking in front of the house. 8. Tenants share access to the yard with residents in the main house. 9. Tenants can not use the yard or other external areas for events or parties. 10. Smoking is prohibited inside the property lines. This means no smoking inside the house, on the deck, or in the yard. 11. This is a multi-family address with the main house rented separately. You will have your own entrance and private patio operated which is off limits to the tenants from the main house.
