Living room ac is wifi compatible: outside potted plants will not stay. Includes gas grill, Huge Rubbermaid storage unit about 5 months old: strapped on left side of home: enclosed outside storage on right side of home: water hose hookup on right and back of home. All curtains, blinds, rugs are Included. As well as stove eye covers, and metal Art attached to home: both air units have been serviced and cleaned. Home has been inspected each year for termites and inspected for insurance purposes. All notifications from insurance company have been brought up To date concerning electrical boxes and water plumbing. Insurance is provided by Citizens right now about $600 a year. Rent at Orchid is due on the 5th and currently with wifi it is $530. Trash and water are included in Rent. All amenities such as pool, shuffleboard, pickleball, putt putt are included. There is a library, game nights, raffles, Sunday Vespers are during full season, holiday get togethers: a very quiet but energetic community: bring along your golf cart: cats are Welcome, but no dogs please.
