The apartment is fully furnished, spacious (900 sqft), quiet, and in a great location. The rent is very low ($2600, around $2750 with utilities) for this area. The starting date is Oct 1st. I'll be gone for at least 6 months, possibly up to 10 months. I prefer to find someone with some flexibility on the move-out date. No pets or smoking, security deposit: one month rent.
