These folks are packing up and moving out of town. They have loved their time in Cordele and this very comfortable home with its large family room with wood-burning fireplace. A little finishing work remains, but choose your paint colors and finishes. The backyard is fenced and there is an in-ground pool. There's also a covered porch for shade and storage room in pool area. There is a nice sunroom/porch for the plant lovers too off the dining area. A concrete drive and garage with storage room completes this nice package. Please excuse the boxes, but packing up to move can be a tad messy.
