Only leased tenants has key/less entrance to home, biometric entrance, alarm system and minimum access to cameras. If tenants gives any access to a non-leased tenant, the leased agreement has been broken and the said tenants can be evicted. No smoking or illegal drugs allowed. No illegal activities permitted on property. No pets allowed. Criminal Background check required, fair credit required (650-750), rental history required and long term work history is a must. Because all utilities are included in rent; service fees, lawn service fees and yard maintenance are subject to a fee.
