There is electrical heating plus electric fire place. House is run on Airbnb since 3 years and it’s very successful business. There is constant income every week . We are booked ahead few months already so a new owner wouldn’t have to worry to advertise it. Location makes it most attractive for tourists and condition of the house. Highly recommended as a great investment. We are retired so would like to move to warmer state soon.
