Final bookings will be performed at the NexAero Vacation Rental website (NexAeroHousingSolutions). A Utility allowance of $400/mo will be given, any overages will be drawn from the collected deposit. Requests to rent should come through the NexAero Housing Solutions website. Subsequent application & Lease will be coordinated through our service and will include background checks. Upon completion of application a lease will be required and security deposit collected. Guests will be required to follow all house rules and local ordinances.
