You won't need a car to live here as everything is within walking distance, but a dedicated parking spot is available if you have a vehicle. Gas and electricity are shared and you will be paying one-third of those bills. Shared wireless Internet is available or you can get your own wireless internet. All other costs including water and garbage removal are included in a $50 flat monthly fee.
