Near golf course. 25 lb.pet restri.(enforced).Fridge w/icemaker.Seller had daybed w/ bolsters in dining room & used it as bedrm. + desk/table for computer, etc. Saltillo in entry, guest bath, kitchen & laundry. Private patio off kitchen. Upstairs bedrm had queen bed + twin beds.Gently used as a 2nd home.Condo not FHA/VA certified(?) & they won't do it! Great location to 410/281/ downtown/1604.
