A fireplace, new windows, higher quality appliances, an A/C! and access to community pool! The back patio is perfect for a grill, pet, and even a small garden. Thick unit walls - our neighbors didn't hear our infant son and his incredibly powerful lungs, which speaks to their sound proofing.
