The townhome is located a mere 15-minute drive to Houston Energy Corridor, ideal for professionals relocating to Houston and needing temporary fully furnished, fully equipped house, with all the privacy and comfort of a "home away from home" including a fenced backyard. In Summer, you will have access to the Community swimming pool. Copperfield is one of Houston's "Upper Middle Class" residential areas, away from the "hassles and bustles of Midtown", yet conveniently located close to major highways. From this prime location, you will have easy access to and from George Bush Intercontinental Airport and Downtown Houston. We are looking forward to hosting you during your interim stay. A formal lease agreement will be signed. Smoking inside house is STRICTLY prohibited. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Seasonal community pool (open from early May thru late September - no lifeguard in attendance). Published terms are valid only for "Short-Term Rentals" (STR), meaning one or a couple of months at the most). This said, we are open (and actually WE WELCOME) to long term / traditional (FURNISHED) rental. However...... long term rentals are subject to long-term lease requirements, i.e. we will have a legal long-term lease agreement AFTER checking all the boxes such as credit check, security deposit equivalent to one month rent, etc (I will send you below an application form that I will need you to fill out and return to me with a copy of your driver license). Renter insurance is recommended.
