CREDIT/BACKGROUND REPORT POLICY --We use the Zillow application with credit and background reporting. --Zillow uses Experian, and you have the right to a free copy of the consumer report in the event of a denial or other adverse action, and to dispute the accuracy of information appearing in the consumer report. You can dispute the accuracy of information online at Experian. --You are responsible for the Zillow application fee of $35 per adult that will occupy the property.
