This is an older home with great bones. We recently invested in upgrading the entire electrical service, all windows, siding and a new fence. With all the improvements there a 2$ a month savings on the electrical and the AC now can keep the house comfortable on even the hottest days. The back yard is large safe and functional for kids or pets. I can pull my trailer in beside the house.
