Exterior features include a small fenced yard and off-street parking for 1-2 vehicles. Additionally, ALL UTILITIES AND INTERNET ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR MONTHLY RENT. Cable TV service is not included. This home is ideal for individuals and couples! The owner pays for electricity, water, trash, and internet. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property. Repairs are paid by the owner unless caused by the tenant's misuse. Tenants must allow owners entrance to the property at agreed-upon times for routine maintenance and repairs. The owner/property manager will mow the grass around the townhouse, but the tenant is required to keep the areas in and outside of the fence neat and clean, free of clutter and debris. Off-street parking is provided for up to 2 vehicles. No more than 2 vehicles may be associated with the property. Vehicles with loud engines or mufflers will not be permitted. The owners will consider applications for lease terms of 6 months or 1 year. Every person staying on the property for more than 3 days must sign the rental agreement unless an agreement is made in advance with the owner. Rent is due on the first of every month and is late after the 10th. Eviction for non-payment will be posted immediately thereafter upon the first offense. The rental application for this property may be denied based on the applicant's criminal history, previous rental history, current income, credit history, or failure to provide accurate or complete information on the application form.
