This room has a nice fireplace and is great for entertaining/office/play space, even if you don't want to set-up a theater! - Separate entrance in basement with large room, and attached bathroom could be additional 4th bedroom. This space is also great for storage if additional living space isn't needed. - child's playhouse in backyard - Pets allowed at landlord's discretion and approval, with NON-refundable pet fee of $225 for dogs or cats. (if fee not paid and pets found you'll face immediate eviction). No dangerous breeds of dogs for insurance purposes. The yard is not fenced and there is no intent to install a fence. - There is an ADT security system that is not currently active. Renters can make arrangements with the company to activate.
