Recently renovated home with a lot of TLC. This 1920's home has become very cozy after renovations and I'm very happy to have someone else experience the same safety and comfort we did in it! It's a shame we have to leave, but that's life. Very social and friendly neighborhood, expect to be invited over for beers! Walking distance from local Bars, restaurants, and breweries. Very close to ODU and Naval Base. Renter is responsible for utilities, and landscaping at tenant's discretion. Landlord pays for pest control. If Pets are Included in Lease there will be pet deposit dependent size and number of pets. New furniture is being added to home before move-in date. Ask for photos of new furniture to be added during tour.
