Help yourself to the fruit trees in our shared backyard, if in the season. Free street parking (no time limitation). Months to Months lease with 1 month notice. 1 time application fee (typical cost is around $200). No hidden fees. No smoking. No guests. If leased by 1 tenant you pay $1395 per month (for couple it's $1695) No pets (we LOVE them, but can't host them) Free laundry shared with 2 units (usage limited to once/bi-weekly; we have a coin laundromat which is 3 minutes walk from the main building if you need extra laundry please). Soooooo sorry but we are not being hard on house rules and the main reason for limitation is due to our laundry being used commercially in the past so we had to limit guests access).
