Private bedroom (shared bath with 1 room only) with new kitchen/appliances in a nicely maintained duplex/multifamily 1 story house. 2-3 minutes' drive to freeways: 101, 880, and 680. Rental bikes, fast food, grocery & gas station are within 3 minutes walk. Very close to San Jose downtown, historic JapanTown & San Jose state University. Backyard is shared with 2 units. Help yourself to the fruit trees in our shared backyard, if in the season. Free street parking (no time limitation). We have no hidden fees and only a 1 time application fee (typical cost is around $200). 30 days notice for departure needed please. No smoking please. No guests please. Free laundry shared with 2 units (usage limited to once/bi-weekly; we have a coin laundromat which is 3 minutes walk from the main building if you need extra laundry please). Soooooo sorry but we are not being hard and the main reason for limitation is due to our laundry being used commercially in the past so we had to limit guests access).
