You can hear the football games going from the back deck on Friday nights. Also conveniently located near Hwy 77, Hwy 35W&E, and Cedar Avenue. I would consider renting this unit furnished for an additional $300-500/month depending on what all you would like me to leave. Please feel free to reach out with any questions, and I will have this available for any tours starting 3/11, available to rent starting 4/1/25. Renter pays all normal utilities (gas, water, electric) minus trash, snow removal, and lawn care which is covered by the HOA and included in the total rent. Typically the utility costs are an additional $200/month. There is no smoking indoors (porch is fine), and first and last month's rent are due at lease signing.
