The bathroom has also been redone. Free washer/dryer comes with the unit. Parking is on the street, but there are always nearby spots available. There are two, separate private rooms (one is larger), and one bathroom. The total rent is $1,650 per month. I'd ideally be able to sign at least a year long lease. Pets are allowed, up to two pets at 50 dollars per month, per pet (prefer just one, but depending on size, multiple can be accepted), and I must meet the pet(s). The starting point for the security deposit is $2,000. A 35 dollar application fee is required for proper background and credit checks. This fee is not refundable.
